7. Entries are made automatically upon meeting the criteria and the number of entries into the draw are directly related to the amount staked on the qualifying slot games, by each registered account. There is no upper limit, unless there are general account limits imposed by the player or Omni Casino. For the duration of this promotion each £10GBP cash staked only on the slot games stated will earn one entry into the respective week’s prize draw.

13. The winners will be selected in a random draw (one for each week) to be conducted from all valid entries received by Promo Veritas Ltd, the independent promotional verification service. For draw dates, see table in clause 1.

14. Winners will be contacted via email and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility plus acceptance of the prize within 14 days of initial contact. In the event a winner does not respond to communications within the 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and allocate that prize to an alternate entrant selected in the same manner.

15. Players may win more than one prize, because winning is based on the amount of stakes wagered across qualifying slots games, not per person or per player account.

16. Prize payments will be made to the winners’ account within 5 working days of the draw date.

17. In the event that a winners’ account has been closed (by the player or the company) prior to the award of the prize, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winner via email or other method. Those failing to respond to such notification within 14 days’ risk disqualification and the award of the Prize to an alternate entrant.

18. In the event that a winners’ account is in debt or dispute (by the player or the company) prior to the award of the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to pay the Prize award less any amount owed by the player.

19. In the event that a winners’ account is deemed to be ineligible (for example found to be under age, or invalid ID or verification), the Promoter reserves the right to withhold payment of the Prize and if necessary award the Prize to an alternate entrant.

20. There is no alternative to any cash prize offered in whole or part. Prizes do not have any wagering requirement and may be withdrawn by meeting our minimum withdrawal requirement of 20.00 or more.

21. No responsibility is accepted for game plays or stakes lost, corrupted or delayed in transmission for any reason.

22. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

23. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

24. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

25. The winners are liable for any relevant taxes applicable in order to legally claim their Prize.

26. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting or participating in any prize. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

27. Data Protection: Your personal details will be kept confidential at all times and in accordance with relevant Data Protection laws and best practice. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the prize draw and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent.

28. The Promoter’s decision in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

29. These terms & conditions are additional to the standard terms & conditions for the participating website, and by participating in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

30. This promotion is available to multiple sites and therefore winners may be selected across multiple sites.
